BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management – Duration 52 weeks

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams. They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

 

BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and ManagementDuration 52 weeks

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

 

BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and ManagementDuration 78 weeks

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

BSB50215 Diploma of Business – Duration 52 Weeks

This qualification would apply to individuals who are desiring to work or develop their skills and learn how to manage meetings, plan or review administrative systems, manage business document design and development, manage recruitment, selection and induction processes, identify and evaluate marketing opportunities and establish and adjust the marketing mix. In addition, students will learn how to manage risk and manage an information or knowledge management system, enabling them to operate effectively within their job role.

Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop to create further educational and employment opportunities. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

 

SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management- Duration 104 weeks

This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with managerial skills and sound knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector as a departmental or small business manager. The diversity of employers includes restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. This qualification allows for multiskilling and for acquiring targeted skills in accommodation services, cookery, food and beverage and gaming.

The skills in this qualification must be applied in accordance with Commonwealth and State/Territory legislation, Australian standards and industry codes of practice.

No occupational licensing, certification or specific legislative requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.

 

SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality ManagementDuration 104 weeks

UEE30920 Certificate III in Electronics and Communications – Duration 78 Weeks

This qualification covers competencies to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electronic equipment and devices at component/sub-assembly level with options in communications, audio, video and TV, personal computer and networks, security and custom installations.

 

UEE40720 Certificate IV in Electronics and Communications – Duration 104 Weeks

This qualification covers competencies in audio/video, data systems and computer/network hardware, medical applications and communication aspects of electronic i.e. transmitters, communications medium/channel, receivers, attenuation and noise reduction. It includes detection/surveillance.

 

CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry – Duration 104 Weeks

This is a trade qualification for carpenters in residential and commercial workplaces. It includes setting out, manufacturing, constructing, assembling, installing and repairing products made using timber and non-timber materials.

This is a one-off non-refundable fee that is charged to any past student who has cancelled their previous enrolment/course with the college and has decided to come back. Change of CoE (per CoE) This is a non-refundable fee that will be charged if a student is wanting changes in their current course of study which may further result in updating their COE on PRISMS. $50 per CoE
Assessment: late-submission fee (per unit) This is a non-refundable fee and will be charged per unit if a student fails to submit their assessment as per the set deadline which is based on the college Academic Timetable. $50 per unit
Re-assessment fee (per unit) This is a non-refundable fee and will be charged per unit if a student has initially received a Not Yet Competent (fail) result for their submitted assessment and later wants to resubmit. $50 per unit

 

Enrollment Cancellation/withdrawn and Refund:

  • Notification of Cancellation/Withdrawal from a course of study must be made in writing to AC with correct completion of course withdrawn and refund form
  • In the event that AC cannot deliver this course, the ESOS Act 2000 and the ESOS regulations 2001 will apply.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the date of receipt of this form and its supporting evidence(s).
  • Payment of refunds will be made in Australian dollars and non transferable to 3rd party.
  • Enrolment fee charged is non-refundable. However, tuition fees may be refunded subject to refund policy
